A short walk from its namesake, the Catawissa Creek, the Catawissa Cabin is a private three-room suite with a queen bed, full-sized futon in the kitchen, and a private bathroom. The bathroom features a handmade tile shower and a beautiful glass bowl sink. The kitchen is fully-equipped and also features a wood stove, stained glass windows, and handmade tiled countertop, made on-premises. The Catawissa Cabin originally functioned as a telegraph office in the early years of the Pump House.
The Studio Cabin is a private, three-room suite connected to Doug's working art studio. This suite boasts a fully-functioning kitchen with handmade tile counters, full bed, twin daybed located in the kitchen, operational wood stove, and private bathroom. Lots of light shines on the exposed brick walls through the large windows the suite features. When the Pump House functioned as an oil pumping station at the turn of the century, this cabin was home to the blacksmith's shop.
